Tvitec, the main architectural glass transformer in Spain, will take advantage of Veteco 2018 to introduce the potential behind its latest technology for manufacturing unique glazing products on the global market. Unique for their quality and also because of their exceptional size.
Tvitec will take their insulating glass solutions measuring 12 x 3 metres in length to Veteco, which practically only the company headquarters in Cubillos del Sil (León) can produce on a European level thanks to their new Bystronic large format double glazing line.
At Ifema’s fairs, it will be possible to see in situ how spectacular these solutions are, that not only contribute to building eco-efficiency but also maximise natural light, and on an aesthetic level they highlight the exclusivity of the projects, as can be already be seen in the capital of Spain itself, in the new Real Madrid offices, at the Uría Menéndez law firm headquarters for or in the luxury community Lagasca 99.
Tvitec’s 4.0 technology capacity will also be seen at Veteco in their digital silk-screen products. Tvitec is equipped to manufacture 12-metre glazing and silk-screen solutions and only recently in a fast an efficient way, directly linked to their new Vitro Jet F Type line from Fenzi Tecglass.
This machine allows for digital silk-screen pieces to be processed at a speed of 440 metres/hour and it reproduces images or compositions on fronts or insides with an infinite range of high-precision patterns and special effects.
However, they won’t be the only novelties that the professional, the cladder, the architect or the consultant will be able to find at the Tvitec stand in the main corridor in hall 10 in November. Veteco Glass will take place in Madrid from 13nd to 16th November 2018.
