NSG Group to exhibit at BAU 2019

The world's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems is exactly the right place for the glass manufacturer to present its innovative products for modern and sophisticated glass applications to more than 250,000 visitors.

Not only does the NSG Group celebrate its 100th anniversary this year: A flagship of its product range – the fire-resistant glass Pilkington Pyrostop® – impressively demonstrates its 40-year success story with continuous developments of new products and applications.

The Fire protection glass business will present its Pilkington Pyrostop® Line products as one example of the continuous further development of the product range: Pilkington Pyrostop® Line is a flush glazing solution without vertical framing for the fire resistance classes EI 30 to EI 120.

Another hot topic is the 10-year guarantee of the consistent optical quality of Pilkington Pyrostop® and Pilkington Pyrodur® in fully framed applications, which now applies to any cut to size fire-resistant glass supplied worldwide.

Transparent added value for inside and outside

In addition, the exhibition stand of the NSG Group will feature anti-reflective glass for digital signage applications and showcases, Pilkington Mirropane™ Chrome range of mirrors for sophisticated interior design and a completely new solar control glass Pilkington Suncool™ Q 60/25 for high-quality sun protection applications.

The new product combines outstanding photometric values in terms of selectivity (light transmission 60 percent, energy transmittance 27 percent) with a special neutral appearance and high colour stability.

In the channel glass segment, the focus of the trade fair presentation will be on the topic of energy efficiency and design. New product combinations of the proven channel glass Pilkington Profilit™ for triple or multiple superstructures and low-iron Pilkington Profilit™ OW with on-line coatings provide improved thermal insulation.

Thanks to the technical advancement of Pilkington Profilit™ Color Design Decor, images, photos, graphics and designs of all kinds can be applied over a large area as a ceramic colour coating on channel glass facades or interior glazing.
