Northern is providing high energy-efficiency window walls which bring “big screen” million dollar views of Manhattan and surroundings into each of the 314 luxury apartment units.
Northern is also fabricating curtainwall for more than 50,000 square feet of retail and commercial space at the mezzanine levels.
The development, designed by Virgona & Virgona Architects, is a project of James Demetrakis and Fred Daibes of the Towne Centre Urban Renewal Company.

The article discusses the innovative features of the system, including its use of high-performance glass and thermal breaks to minimize heat loss and increase energy efficiency.
