The ‘Home of the Brick’ is a 12,000-square metre house filled with 25 million LEGO® bricks in four play zones and various amenities, such as a restaurant, a café, a LEGO store and conference facilities. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the building itself is made of 21 architectural-sized LEGO bricks and is impossible to miss! It stands out from its surroundings in a unique way thanks to its bright colours.

Thanks to its vast exhibition area as well as the public square in front of the buildings, LEGO House invites fans from all over the world to visit, stroll and wander in the various rooms. The 21 LEGO blocks surround a central plaza which is open to the public and invites them to visit the exhibition centre. Inside, various exhibitions present the public with LEGO’s most impressive pieces – such as the Tree of Creativity, towering at 15m and made of no less than 6 316 611!

The first and second floor of the building include four coloured play zones to welcome all children (as well as adult fans of LEGO!) to immerse themselves in the world of LEGO. The top of the building is open to the outside thanks to its roof glazing and its roof windows resembling the studs of LEGO bricks.

The roof glazing as well as the round windows were made with Guardian SunGuard® eXtra Selective 60/28 coated glass, offering state-of-the-art solar protection and thermal insulation, while enabling a light transmission of 60% – ideal to highlight LEGO’s works below!
