PRESS GLASS, which specializes in glass processing for the construction industry, started production and supplying 140,000 square feet of façade insulated units for 125 Greenwich Street skyscraper located in Lower Manhattan, the financial district of New York.

In compliance with the contract signed in June 2017 by PRESS GLASS and ALUPROF, company responsible for construction of the facades, the deliveries will cover about 108,000 square feet of flat and almost 32,000 square feet of curved large-dimension insulated glass with the height of about 11-foot, sealed with silicon, and including hardened glass.

125 Greenwich Street is the new 88-storey, 912-foot-tall condominium skyscraper with architecture by the world-renowned Rafael Viñoly designer.

The building is one of the tallest residential building in Lower Manhattan. Its location close to One World Trade Center and Oculus enhances its prestige. Note should also be taken of the shape of the building including for instance the rounded corners of facades with curved glass.

125 Greenwich Street features an exposed concrete column that runs throughout the height of the building and a curved glass façade to enhance the panoramic views of the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty, the World Trade Center Complex, and the New York City skyline.

The building features 273 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom condominium residences, careful attention was brought to the details of the building.
