ITESAL, ushering in the new generation of architects.

ITESAL, an Aragonese company located in Pina de Ebro, Zaragoza, specialists in designing, manufacturing and marketing high-performance aluminium systems for architecture and industry, has launched its 1st National ITESAL Novel Architecture Award.

This award, which will take place every two years, will be presented at VETECO, the International Trade Show for Window, Façade and Sun Protection Systems (in which ITESAL is participating as an exhibitor), organised by IFEMA and which will hold its 16th edition from 13 to 16 November at Feria de Madrid.

The event will be held within the framework of ePower & Building, together with CONSTRUTEC, BIMEXPO, ARCHISTONE, MATELEC and MATELEC LIGHTING, and at the same time as MATELEC INDUSTRY.

The First National ITESAL Novel Architecture Award is designed to promote the talent of the new generations of architects that enter the market each year.

The competition rules, which are fully defined and available on the ITESAL website,  www.itesal.es , are designed to facilitate the participation of the largest number of candidates in each edition of the Award, which is open and has been communicated to the 35 Higher Technical Schools of Architecture spread throughout Spain.

The jury of the 1st ITESAL Architecture Award is highly credible and includes the Dean of the Official College of Architects of Aragon (COAA), Ricardo Marco Fraile. He is accompanied by Jaime Magén, Gonzalo Urbizu, Ignacio Gracia and Carlos Labarta. A powerful jury that will guarantee, without a doubt, the quality of the winning projects.

There is a first prize of €4,000, a second prize of €2,000, and 3 runners-up will receive €500 each.

As well as the cash prizes, ITESAL also wants the award to be an attractive curricular achievement for the winners and possibly the first public acknowledgement of their budding professional careers. A harbinger of future success.

ITESAL, which has more than 25 years’ experience in advanced systems for exterior carpentry and light façades and is a national leader in the manufacture of aluminium thermal break systems, thus demonstrates its commitment to new generations of architects and society as a whole.

ITESAL is also recognised for offering technical solutions through its Help and Support Service for Architects, both new and established, with proposals always based on the features and energy efficiency of its windows, sustainability and environmental friendliness.

ITESAL Architecture puts the most advanced technology at the disposal of the building craft.
