Unique Window Systems have secured a multi-million pound contract to help regenerate a site at Vaughan Way, in the heart of Leicester’s city centre.

Unique will be fabricating and installing windows, doors and curtain walling for 297 apartments for rent that offer high quality living space and excellent amenities including rooftop gardens.

The window system selected will be the Eurocell eurologik 70, with doors and curtain walling from AluK being fabricated; using the GT55 TB and SL52 system respectively.

This news is the latest in a string of projects Unique have recently been involved with in Leicester, the most recent of which saw the completion of Southgates student accommodation – a short distance round the inner-ring road from the Vaughan Way scheme.

Construction of this specifically-designed scheme for the Private Rented Sector (PRS) is now underway, with completion of the homes expected by April 2018.
