The new product range of manipulation devices for insulation glass and window production will be presented.

Extremely flexibly and available for a maximum glass pane weight of up to 500 kg, it makes for an unbeatable team together with the new lightweight crane, increasing productivity and reducing the work load of the employees. We will present a small overview of this new product line at the fair. Convince yourself of the simple operation. All vacuum lifting devices are available in a design according to the EU Standard EN 13155 with all required monitoring systems and a power failure monitoring system.

The extremely flat Kombi 7211-DS3 will be presented in the 3rd generation. This vacuum lifting device facilitates glazing between front and scaffolding, thereby making the work more efficient as many satisfied customers have reported since introduction of the device.

Even though the capacity of the rechargeable battery has been doubled in comparison to the past accumulator vacuum lifting devices, it was possible to reduce the device depth to 230 mm. Due to the many variation possibilities of the Kombi 7211-DS3 - six extensions and a maximum carrying capacity of 1000 kg during construction site use (according to EU Standard EN 13155), practically all glazing tasks can be carried out. The glass pane can be indefinitely rotated thanks to the 2-circuit rotary transmission leadthrough. The newly designed mechanical system enables swivelling (vertically -horizontally) in very small steps, thereby enabling simple and safe swivelling to the required position. The mechanical tilting device can be exchanged for a hydraulic device within minutes. The point of suspension of the device was positioned near to the centre of gravity of the loaded device so that the angle of inclination of the loaded device, even if 1000 kg, is very low, i.e. nearly vertical.

In order to be able to glaze under porches or projections, the Kombi 7211-DS3 is designed in such a way, that trouble-free use with the counterweight unit Balance is possible. Due to the sophisticated equipment design, it is possible to glaze glass panes of 1000 kg under a projection of max. 1.5 m or an inverted pyramid with max. 10° inclination.

The Kombi 7211-DS4 is an inexpensive vacuum lifting device. Like the Kombi 7211-DS3, the Kombi 7211-DS4 grows according to need. The six extensions make it very versatile, in order to accomplish the required functions. The basic version is designed for maximum 300 kg on EU building sites and can be used for a maximum of 600 kg.
