Once again, they have placed their trust in Hornos Industriales Pujol, acquiring the first Pujol 100 PVB + on the market to feature a bending chamber. This oven will offer greater versatility and production capacity, as well as meet this company’s very specific needs.
With this investment, Val y Val will be able to produce laminated glass with great precision, reliability and great savings in production costs. This development addresses very specific needs; its aim being to maximise this Mexican company’s production.
This design by Hornos Industriales Pujol prevents this glass lamination company from having to invest in calendering processes, which in addition to being very expensive, are also dangerous. This reduces energy efficiency costs by up to 70% with respect to the autoclave system. The oven is also able to laminate using EVA, PVB or ionoplasts (SGP); this translates into greater versatility that will work to the advantage of Val y Val.
With this new oven installation, Pujol Group has strengthened its position as leader in the Latin American and international market.
