Universal, precise and reliable - this is how the machines of Lombarda Macchine S.a.s work. It's a family-owned company based near Milan (in Castano Primo), specializing in the machining of spacers for the production of IG units.

Thanks to years of experience in IG production as well as in mechanical engineering, Lombarda has developed machines that are universally applicable and stand out from the ordinary. A patented, fully automatic heating system in the spacer bender WHS2 allows to bend brittle hybrid spacers such as Multitech or Swisspacer. Thanks to the universal and self-adjusting bending head, no tool change is required. This is the only way to achieve efficient frame production in the modern company - and at a modest investment cost.

With the desiccant filler CSA2 all standard metal and hybrid spacers can be reliably filled with desiccant.

All machines are produced according to customer specifications and set-up in the in-house production. Each delivered machine is therefore fully tested and pre-adjusted. As a result, the installation and commissioning at the customer takes place within a very short time. The user-friendly operating concept ensures a short learning time at the machine.

At the beginning of this year, HELANTEC took over the technical consulting and sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for LOMBARDA MACCHINE.
