Branding Sparklike Devices and Improving Our Service Agreement

NAME CHANGE

Sparklike is known from high quality, high technology and trustworthy devices designed to conduct non-invasive gas consentration analyses  for double and triple glazed units.

In order to benefit from the Sparklike brand, we have decided to change the names for our devices and services as follows:

• Gasglass Laser >> Sparklike Laser product line or Sparklike Laser
• Gasglass Handheld >> Sparklike Handheld
• Service Solution >> Sparklike CARE

PRICE CHANGE

In addition we have decided to decrease the price of the annual calibration service Sparklike CARE  as follows:

• The price of Sparklike CARE (previously Service Solution) for Ar 1000€ >> 990€ and for Ar and Kr 1700€ >> 1690€

At the lower price we offer even better service than before. Sparklike CARE includes:

1. Maintenance of the most common wear and tear parts such as battery, optical filters, optical fibre, etc.
2. Calibration to argon and/or krypton as well as calibration certificate
3. Pick-up and return of the service
4. Reminder message one month prior to the need of the calibration
5. Testing the analyzer at Sparklike testing laboratory
6. Calibrating to Software updates

Sparklike CARE allows you to save on costs, gain extended product life, obtain reliable gas measurement results and plan you calibration needs to fit manufacturing seasonalities.
