The architectural solutions of ЕТЕМ – curtain wall system Е85 and opening system for windows and doors Е45 are part of the newest office building in the town beneath the hillocks – Office Park Plovdiv

The project implemented by “Office Serafimov Architects” combines all requirements for a state-of-the-art office building – communicative location, open office spaces, conveniences, technical infrastructure and lovely environment.

The realization is divided into two completely identical from the point of view of architecture and structure L-shaped buildings, which have been designated so as to function entirely independently.

The glass facade of ЕТЕМ Е85 provides optimal illumination in the office areas and a positive work environment, and the opening system with a suspended thermal bridge Е45 allows for maximum structural stability and the use of a minimal quantity of aluminum.

The investor for the building is Galaxy Investment Group, and the building has state-of-the-art and technological vision, which corresponds to the image of its tenants, predominantly IT and outsourcing companies.
