Renovate™ Platinum Plus II is a window retrofit technology by Berkowitz that allows existing buildings that are 30 to 60 years old to be re-purposed, converting the glazing from single-pane windows into energy-efficient insulating glass units, without disrupting existing tenants.

For the Sandridge project in Oklahoma City, Berkowitz utilized Comfort Select 73 pyrolytic low-e glass in the Renovate Platinum Plus II system to achieve an estimated energy costs savings of 25 percent +/- based on eQUEST modeling, achieving LEED certification for this 40+ year old existing building.Project: Sandridge Energy Headquarters Location: Oklahoma City, OKArchitect: Frankfurt Short Bruza AssociatesGlass Fabricator: J.E.
