The VELUX Group, world leading roof window and modular skylights manufacturer is launching Vario by VELUX – the brand’s first made-to-order rooflight solution for flat roofs.

The new Vario range is completely bespoke, offering a variety of shapes and sizes to fit any design space. In addition, this new range allows design-conscious homeowners to become more involved in the design process, creating a unique solution to fit their lifestyle needs and bring more light and fresh air into the home.

For more than 75 years, the VELUX Group has created better living environments for people around the world with its passion for quality solutions that provide daylight and fresh air to millions of homes worldwide.

Vario draws heavily on this wealth of experience, allowing consumers to build a truly custom creation and craft the ultimate blend of natural light, with their choice of shape, size, colours, features and finishes.

The new offering also brings to life an exciting 2D to 3D living concept allowing consumers to experience a different dimension in home design. From the initial inspiration through to, selection of the best solution, installation process and direct delivery services, the Vario process is simple and seamless.

British homes are now 32% smaller than they were in the 1970si and, as a result, the need for unique space-creating solutions to enhance the diverse shapes and sizes of UK homes has arisen, particularly as our families grow.

Home extensions are the perfect way to create more functional and enjoyable living spaces that bring in daylight and fresh air and create the perfect environment to spend time. Combined with Vario by VELUX’s high-quality and meticulous approach to materials, design and architectural trends, customers can be assured the Vario products will have a second to none, truly second-to-none finish.

„As we are spending more time indoors than ever before, it is important that our homes are designed to promote health, happiness, productivity and wellbeing. I have been passionate about incorporating daylight and fresh air into the interior design process and the launch of Vario opens a whole new dimension to how we can design our spaces. In 2019 I believe the biggest design trend won’t be colour or a piece of furniture, but rather the use of daylight and fresh air to elevate a space“, Lisa Dawson, interior design influencer.

„We have seen a trend for increased customisation of all parts of the home. In response to this, we wanted to create a completely customisable rooflight to fit all senses of style and design and need for more space by bringing more daylight into the home along the way. We believe Vario is the perfect product for this as homeowners can work closely with our highly knowledgeable and skilled team to create a rooflight installation that is completely made-to-order to celebrate the uniqueness of homes“, Carl Frederik Gierding, Business Manager of Vario by VELUX adds.

The new Vario by VELUX product range offers the perfect bespoke rooflight solutions to suit any living space from a world-renowned brand trusted in quality, with over 75 years of knowledge and experience. The Vario by VELUX range will be available for order from June. For more information please visit www.vario.velux.com.
