Thermix-TX.N is highly engineered for thermal performance and bendability

Date: 10 August 2010

If you’re looking for a warm edge spacer that is highly engineered and made with over 20 years of experience in the production of warm edge spacers, you’re looking for Thermix-TX.

N. Because it’s made with high performance engineering plastic Tecatherm, a high grade stainless steel gas diffusion barrier and a single line of effective perforation holes, TX.N is built for high thermal performance in long-life units, but it bends! Also, recent thermal calculations mean that TX.N can now get an ‘A’ Window Energy Rating (WER) with many window systems. Mark Hickox, Sales Director at Thermoseal Group, says: “We have been supplying Thermix-TX.N to the UK market for over 10 years and we’ve had nothing but positive feedback from our customers, as well as window companies such as Everest about working with it so far.  “TX.N has been engineered, designed and manufactured with German precision and has passed EN1279 part 2 and 3 on all edge sealants including Silicone.   “We have now produced our own bespoke fittings for some sizes of Thermix-TX.N and we intend to continue to work with Ensinger to supply this highly engineered spacer to the UK market.Thermix-TX.N is a complement to the range of warm edge spacers we supply including Super Spacer and new Thermobar which is set to go into production next month.

TX.N is a structurally sound and technologically advanced spacer bar that makes a real contribution towards improving the energy rating on a window.

Thermoseal Group holds stocks of Thermix-TX.N in Black and Grey. Sizes include: 8mm; 10mm; 12mm; 14mm; 16mm; 18mm and 20mm widths.
