New CNC machining centre under construction

Recently, our new CNC machining centre has been delivered and is being installed at our production hall in Staphorst at the moment. 

This machine is able to produce the most complex facades in an efficient way. An ultramodern 5-axis machining centre, especially designed for the procession of big and heavy profiles of aluminium until 450 x 400mm.

With a total length of 15,5 meter, it is possible to clamp twice a length of maximum 7 meters. The machine processes a profile, while on the other side the sliced and processed pieces are removed and a new profile is clamped again. By a unique technique it is possible to execute a cupping at the cutting surface.

The training of the CNC planning employees and operators starts in week 4. The production will start after finishing the training.

The project RAI Hotel and others will be produced at this machine.
