At the VITRUM glass trade show in Milan, LiSEC will showcase machines for float glass cutting, glass sorting, frame manufacturing, flat glass processing and laminated glass production on 800m² of exhibition space.

Furthermore, LiSEC will exhibit a wide range of products in the fields of automation, project planning and service.

Vertical seaming of glass edges

LiSEC will demonstrate the advantages of vertical glass processing by showcasing the KSU, a new vertical edge processing machine that has been especially developed for seaming glass edges. The benefits of the vertical design include short processing times, easy glass handling and straightforward operation. The KSU can also easily seam large glass sheets and shapes. It is not only ideally suited for stand-alone operation but can also be directly integrated into vertical production lines.

Laminated safety glass production using a modular concept

The modular design of LiSEC systems offers maximum flexibility – from simple manual systems to fully automated ones. In this way, the laminated glass production equipment can grow with the volume of business. Furthermore, modular concepts make it possible to upgrade individual components and gradually streamline manufacturing lines. At VITRUM, LiSEC will put on display a new pre-lamination line for laminated safety glass production.

Frame manufacturing with a multi-type machine

LiSEC will highlight its pioneering role in the field of frame production by displaying its automatic production line for all 'traditional' spacer types made from a range of different materials, such as metal, plastic or hybrid materials. LiSEC will exhibit an automatic bending machine, a frame filling system and a new, fully automatic butyl applicator for even more precise sealant application.

Compact float glass cutting with the GCL

The demands on glass cutting machines differ greatly across the world. LiSEC meets these demands by offering a new compact GCL cutting table for split stock sizes, a start up system for small and medium sized companies.

Easy and smart glass handling

Demands on glass handling and sorting systems are equally diverse. Automation and flexibility are what is called for. LiSEC will introduce an enhanced sorting system, which allows glass processing companies to transport cut glass sheets easily and ergonomically to other production stations, where they undergo further processing.

LiSEC will give machine demonstrations, show concepts and software solutions for automated production, as well as introduce the unique worldwide service network for ideal and prompt customer support.
