The customers will get an overview about the latest machinery for the manufacturing of insulating glass and laminated glass, handling equipment and for the pre-processing of automotive glass at stand No. 4-325 from April 16-18.
To underline the cooperation with Hegla both partners present itself at one joint stand. Consequently, customers will be able to conduct joint talks comfortably with experts from both companies.
Insulating glass manufacturing
Whether an individually configurable, fully-automatic line for insulating glass unit production with warm-edge spacers is required or an entry-level solution is needed – Bystronic glass offers the line or machine to meet the requirements of every single insulating glass manufacturer. The first’line is an individually configurable insulating glass production line for all established spacers. Use it with the flexspacer’applicator for IG units with SuperSpacer, use it with the tps’applicator for I G units with Thermo Plastic Spacer (TPS®) or simply use it with the spacerbenderCOMBI for IG units with aluminium.
Laminated glass manufacturing
Increased safety measures, energy-saving programmes and changed profile requirements mean continual growth in the demand for special glass products. For this reason, Bystronic glass customizes the machinery for the manufacture of laminated glass and individually configures them to meet the customer’s needs. One example is the eco’lamiline which enables all versions of laminated glass to be produced in an energy-efficient manner – from simple constructions through to complex shaped formats with special films – all on a single system.
Automotive glass pre-processing
In the form of the champ’speed, Bystronic glass has introduced a completely new machine generation for the pre-processing of automotive glass onto the market. It is now also available in the champ’speed 2in1 version, the first machine in the world that can break automotive glass with or without a template on one single machine.
Handling systems
Bystronic glass handling systems ensure easy and safe transport. They allow a flexible and economic use in every flat glass and plate processing branch of industry. This also includes the best seller, the Easy-Lift, which has convinced customers in the glass processing industry with its rigid guidance and its low own weight since 1998. In recent years, the handling equipment has also gradually won over large window manufacturers with the flexibility of the frame design and how it can fulfil their requirements.
Service – wherever the customers need it
Right from the very first minute, Bystronic glass supports its customers during the project planning. The customer service department is then on hand all over the world for the delivery of spare parts and on-site support. Maintenance contracts and individual training sessions round off the range of services on offer.
