We are pleased to announce that we have recently taken a majority interest in JML Group Holdings Pty Limited in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia; now known as JML-CRAFT Pty Ltd.

JML was founded in 1990 by three partners in Newcastle, Australia. From simple beginnings the company grew and evolved into a successful manufacturer, developer and specialist in architectural facades delivering projects around the globe.

In the past three decades they have become the specialist in bespoke facades and structural glazing systems including post tensioned cables supported walls and skylights utilizing spider patch fittings and is well known throughout Australia, as well as in Asia and the Middle East.

This acquisition will enhance our offering to clients in Asia on glazing needing highly engineered, specialist structural glazing and in Australia on curtain wall and complex roof structures.
