As usual, Z.Bavelloni will be unveiling its most important new products.

Our “Gemy” range of straight-line edging machines continues to expand, thanks to the enormous success all our previous models have had. Our line of straight-line bevelling machines is also being revised and we’ll see a number of interesting units in operation at the German show.

The refined art of the shaped bevel is made possible thanks to our SB and K4S shaped bevelling machines.

We will unveil the new Alpa 315, amply described in this issue, a product of the research applied to the already successful ALPA 250 and 320 NC machines.

AUTOMATIC POSITIONING OF SUCTION CUPS

A new patented system, unique in the world, to position suction cups and centering devices on the work table in a completely automatic way. Thanks to technology of the 4th axis and dedicated software, the operation is very easy and accurate, saving a lot of time and labour to the operator.

Our already vast range of drills has been expanded and thanks to the success of our CN VT 1601 vertical drill, visitors will be able to see the new VT 1302 drill in action.

Don’t miss a preview of the new generation of automatic loaders and other important new products for double edging machines. Our horizontal washing machines, which we’ll see in action with the robot, constitute the final part of our double edging machine line.

We’ll see the famous FANUC, the highly innovative technological robot that will be working on a high-speed “Colibrì” NC machine, as well as on a horizontal washing machine.

THE TOOLS DIVISION
As we did recently for the Vitrum show, the Tools Division will have its own stand at Glasstec, where glass sector professionals can get a closer look at our new products. Of special interest here, our new diamond and polishing tools that can help you cut production costs.

Our SHUTTLE STORAGE SYSTEM line of glass sheet stocking stands, described in this issue on page 3, will be shown in operation, together with our cutting line, in the other Bavelloni stand, along with our cutting tables for all kinds of glass, including laminated glass.
