Nordic has been a VBH customer for two years and is impressed with VBH’s products and the service.

Nordic Aluminium, a trade manufacturer of bespoke aluminium windows and doors in Leeds, is the latest fabricator to become a ‘Q-secure approved’ manufacturer. This latest development means the company can now pass on the benefits of VBH’s multi-brand security guarantee to customers.

Nordic has been a VBH customer for two years and is impressed with VBH’s products and the service. Graham Howatson, Nordic’s Operations Director, comments: “We’ve formed a great, mutually beneficial relationship with VBH, which I put down to quality products, backed up with excellent service and support. We particularly like the greenteQ CentreFold locking shoot bolt handle with its folding integral key. With other handles, leaving the key in the lock risks damaging the door or losing the key, but with CentreFold there’s no risk of that happening.

“Recently, Rob Norman of VBH has assisted with PAS24 testing”, continues Graham. “PAS24 is now mandatory on new build houses so it’s important we comply. Working together we turned this around in 3-4 days, and had our bi-fold door, complete with VBH’s greenteQ Clearspan hardware and the Yale door lock (also from VBH) tested at BSI. Passed first time!”
