"All Sparklike devices are designed in close collaboration with our customers. We listened to our customers and wanted to further develop our popular portable laser device to improve usability and make measurement even more easy and comfortable. We are very proud to have the first and only non-destructive insulating gas measuring technology for IG units" says Mr. Jukka Manner, CEO of Sparklike Oy.

The Sparklike Laser technology was originally launched to market in 2014 and the first edition of the Sparklike Lasers™ device, a non-destructive laser measurement device was launched in the autumn of the same year. Since launching, a total of almost 200 laser devices have been delivered to over 50 countries. The new and improved Sparklike Laser Portable™ 2.0 provides a fully integrated system that has a robust case with wheels and a battery for improved mobility. Due to this, the device enables measurement of the gas concentration on the Insulated Gas Units (IGU) both on the production line as well as on-site. The device measures the oxygen level and calculates results which are displayed as argon, krypton, or additional insulating gas levels.

"Non-destructive measurement and the mobile features are the main benefits of the Sparklike Laser Portable™ 2.0 device. When integration directly into the IG line and automatic measuring is needed, we are proud to offer the Sparklike Laser Integrated™ measurement station (formerly Online), which is based on the same patented and proprietary Sparklike laser technology" Mr. Manner continues.

The ever-growing popularity of the Sparklike devices™ is due to the fact that this agile and innovation-driven Nordic company – that holds various patents for their never-before-seen technology – is continuously able to develop their expanding offering to correspond to industry requirements. In other words, Sparklike devices™ allow IG manufacturers, window and door manufacturers, testing laboratories, building quality inspectors as well as construction consultants worldwide, the possibility to measure gas concentration of IG units in a fast, economic and non-destructive way.

Sparklike Laser Portable™ 2.0 deliveries will commence in November 2020.
