The sky's the limit for frameXpress

Date: 7 March 2013

The latest frameXpress project incorporated 6 specially designed casement windows with matching composite door and a thermally efficient glass roof, for a high specification orangery installation in Essex.

The new development is one of an increasing number of bespoke orangery projects for which the company is being commissioned.

Gradually more builders and installers are requesting the best, thermally efficient products to meet the demands of homeowners who are looking to invest rather than just extend their properties. For this particular project, being able to tailor products that would help to create a bright, energy efficient orangery extension to a period home was essential. Working closely with the building company, the frameXpress team manufactured all windows and doors using the most modern materials that comply with all building regulation standards. A thermally efficient, aluminium capped glass roof with self-cleaning properties for easy maintenance was essential for this particular premium installation, to ensure that year round use was achievable.

Ian Davis, Sales Manager, frameXpress comments, "In a tough economic climate, it is evident the consumer is looking to invest in products that will bring various benefits including aesthetics, performance and added space, which when combined add considerable value to any property."

As quality engineered products are synonymous with the frameXpress range, this is providing installers with huge advantages over competitors, with positive feedback, referrals and sales continuing to increase at the company. Senior management has noticed that consumers repeatedly request high performance roof glass as a preferred choice in their orangery installations as the desire to use the additional space as an every day part of the home becomes a more widespread prerequisite.

Ian Davis, continues, "frameXpress manufactures a wide range of products that can be tailored exactly to meet individual customer needs. Being technically advanced and stunningly attractive these are appealing to property owners who are looking to invest wisely. We are seeing demand increase for orangeriess as the consumer has grasped the advantage of graining real floorspace- and substantial added value over simply gaining additional space. By offering innovative and alternative solutions, we are clearly stimulating this market sector for our customers."
