Richmond Housing Partnership order AluK aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling

Hazlemere Commercial have previously done several sizeable window and door refurbishment projects in the same area of London, including for example one for Richmond Upon Thames Churches Housing Trust at Fulmer Close, Hampton, where Hazlemere Commercial manufactured and installed £730K of replacement aluminium windows and doors.

Now clients Richmond Housing Partnership have awarded Hazlemere Commercial a contract for £234,000 + VAT to survey, fabricate and fit white powder coated aluminium AluK products to 5 existing blocks of flats in Alexander Close, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW2 5TB.

Acting as Principal Contractors for this major refurbishment, Hazlemere Commercial are overseeing additional works to the fitting of the replacement AluK aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling required including the installation of eight smoke vents, each individually linked to the existing fire alarm system. The project also including the fitting of a new video entry system to the new AluK aluminium GT55 entrance doors being installed.

This prestigious project for Richmond Housing Partnership also includes the manufacture and installation of AluK SL52 double glazed aluminium curtain walling and a large number of ALuK 58BW aluminium casement windows.

In addition to this AluK specified project, Hazlemere, as independent double glazing manufacturers have previously fabricated and fitted dozens of Reynaers and Sapa aluminium profiles to hundreds of other new build and refurbishment projects since they were established in 1985.
