EHS passport training is being rolled out across the whole of the Nordic region.  Those who complete the 12-module programme receive an EHS passport which guarantees their knowledge of Group policies, guidelines and regulations.

"Arial">"This harmonises EHS training, setting the bar at the same level for everyone in order to develop a consistent safety culture throughout the business," said Finland safety manager Heikki Huttunen, who first launched the programme in Finland before developing it further with the Nordic EHS team.

Parts of the training are common to the whole region, while some elements are specific to a country or site. The programme includes practical training such as first aid and fire fighting, behavioural safety training and a range of other issues such as PPE and ergonomics.
