Stewart Engineers has developed a new dual flow (DF) coater for on-line pyrolytic coating applications, complementing our existing commercially proven coaters all of which are used in our AcuraCoat® System.

The DF coater can deposit Low E color suppression and low emissivity, traditional and photovoltaic (PV) TCO, reflective, and anti-reflective coating layers using several chemical precursors.The DF coater has several unique features including novel single feed slot with dual exhausts, stainless steel construction with oil cooling, enhanced leveling capabilities, component design reducing maintenance costs, and thin film chemical precursor evaporators.
