Linetec joins WDMA

The Window and Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA) announced today that Linetec is the newest member of the association.

The Window & Door Manufacturers Association defines the standards of excellence in the residential and commercial window, door, and skylight industry and advances these standards among industry members while providing advocacy resources, educational and professional programs, and ways for members to provide greater value to their customers.



Linetec’s mission is to be Finisher of Choice for its customers through industry-leading reliability, value-added services and convenience. Linetec is highly focused on the needs of the architectural and residential market, with 95% of its customers being manufacturers of windows and other exterior building products.



Linetec’s finishing offering includes liquid fluoropolymer, powder coat, anodizing, and specialty finishes such as wood grain, copper anodizing, brushed/electropolished anodizing, and two-tone finishes.



Linetec also offers a full suite of related services for one-stop convenience for our customers, including thermal improvement, stretch forming, flat sheet supply, fabrication, custom packaging/kitting, field repair/restoration, and door-to-door trucking service for LTL and full loads.

Linetec’s most popular value-add service is warehousing of customers raw material on its 800,000 square foot campus. Linetec holds over three million pounds of aluminum for its customers, supplied by the customers’ choice of over 20 different extruders. Using Linetec Managed Inventory (LMI), customers benefit from avoiding scrap of extruder overages and having industry-leading custom finish lead times.
