Innotech Windows & Doors: Window Deliveries Begin for Grand Avenue Apartments

Earlier this year, the team at Walsh Construction Co. began construction of the Grand Avenue Apartments in Portland, Oregon.

Designed by LEVER Architecture and LRS Architects, the 12-story mixed-use building is Portland’s largest affordable housing development in the last 50 years.

Innotech is supplying Defender 76TS windows for the 240 apartments. Delivery begins this week and will continue over the next six months. The manufacturing and delivery schedule is carefully planned to ensure the windows are installed as they arrive to site. This eliminates any potential complications related to on-site storage and allows for a continuous work-flow for a timely completion.
