AJS Company began to R&D and produce PVB film since 2002.After years’ exploration and accumulation of experiences.Aojisi has already got the abilities of independent R&D and innovation. At the same time, with the enthusiasm to serve the earth ,relying on Aojisi.production experience, in the end of 2007 it successfully launched the package film, EVA film that was exclusively used for solar cells. AJS Company currently has 4 PVB film production lines and 1 EVA film production line. All the production lines adopt constant temperature and humidity, dust-free, and anti-static treatment, to ensure cleanness and dryness in each process of the production.

 

Professional production equipment can create high-quality products .All the equipments currently in our production line are the most advanced professional equipment in the world, such as the USA Cloeren’s die equipment, the USA NDC’s infrared on-line detection equipment, Germany Siemens’ automation control equipment and human-computer platform, etc.In addition ,There are also sets of testing equipment in our company , such as laminating machine, UV aging test machine, high and low temperature alternating humid-heat test chamber, all-purpose pull machine and so on.
