Groot Glass is securing US$750 million for its civil work and construction activities for its two glass manufacturing factories in Tses.

Groot Glass has instituted a Private Placement Offering which is consisting of 400 million ordinary shares in order to raise over N$300 million to cover its pre-funding consulting costs for its business plan and financial modeling.
