Fratelli Pezza sandblasters on show at Vitrum

The Italian company FRATELLIPEZZA srl, leader in the production of sandblasting and marking systems for flat glass, will be present at the upcoming Vitrum exhibition (Milan, 3-6 October).

On that occasion the company will show its well known sandblasting machines, in particular the models MISTRAL 180EV and ZEPHIR 120.

The cabins of the MISTRAL EV series are top of the range equipment, and allow to programme up to 50 blasting areas on the glass plate, even of different type (normal, light, engraved, shading), as well as to create and store up to 50 customized working programmes.

The MISTRAL EV series is equipped with a wide color screen that facilitates the programming operation thanks to the use of graphic images and icons easily recognizable by the operator, regardless of his mother language.

The ZEPHIR series is the basic automatic sandblaster of Pezza’s product range, characterized by an extremely attractive price while keeping high quality standards.

Both series are equipped with a revolutionary system to prevent the accumulation of static electricity within the cabin, a very common problem while blasting mirrors.

Along with the sandblasters, Fratelli Pezza will also bring to Vitrum its new series of fully automatic marking device called EASYMARKER, available in the two models Easymarker EV and Easymarker UP.

The EASYMARKER EV it’s suitable to be used in line with vertical machines, while on the contrary the EASYMARKER UP is to be used with horizontal machines. The settings are extremely quick and intuitive and the marking operation can be activated via the touch screen, button or pedal.

But the great novelty is the fact that Easymarker can be connected to other glass working machinery (tempering line, double glazing, washing machines, etc.) and receive an impulse that activates the marking operation in a totally automatic way, without the need of  having an operator constantly on site.

With the EASYMARKER EV it’s also possible to mark the edge of the glass. A portable version, called MARKER 101T, is also available on Pezza’s product range.
