frameXpress Provides Style, Space and Value

Date: 18 January 2013

frameXpress was recently commissioned to supply all pvcu windows, doors and roofing for a stunning orangery project in Kent.

The modern extension to a family home required that only the most thermally efficient products be installed to ensure year round usage. Having extensively researched the orangery and conservatory sector, the homeowner had stipulated that he wanted to considerably reduce solar gain and requested only A rated products be used when making the substantial investment in his home.

Ian Davis, Sales Manager at frameXpress considers that the consumer is driving the market to provide premium installations that not only give more space but that truly add value. He sees a lot of potential in this sector as orangeries and sun rooms continue to increase in popularity. He comments, "Building an orangery is becoming a growth market for many builders and installers as the Palmer Report suggests. Many homeowners are making considered investments when it comes to adding space to their properties, with a view to adding substantial value at a time when the property market still remains challenging. Increasingly at frameXpress we are seeing investments being made in premium installations as the consumer market looks to increase the price of their homes for when things improve."

For this installation, a tailored solution was installed using the Ultraframe thermally efficient glass roofing system along with all windows and doors fabricated in the FS70 system from Profile 22. As sales figures continue to increase in this particular sector, for frameXpress it is noticeable how thermal efficiency, noise insulation and solar control are becoming more important factors in respect of many orangery and sun room projects. frameXpress is once again setting standards in respect of quality products and superior support services with conservatories and orangeries continuing to remain popular products.

Customers have come to rely upon the broad range of safe, secure and reliable products which include fully certified A, B and C rated windows and doors that are "Secured by Design". With a progressive attitude towards product development and a keen eye on helping customers to further develop their own companies, frameXpress has established a formidable reputation in the industry for quality, in relation to both products and support services. This consistently provides frameXpress customers with complete peace of mind when it comes to all sized installations.

Ian Davis concludes, "It is satisfying to know that our commitment to quality standards in respect of products and customer service guarantees continue to provide complete customer satisfaction. Consumer demand for more energy efficient products continues to grow and we believe that through customer initiatives and product diversification that we can support our customers as that demand increases."
