ENR Southeast announces their 2017 “Best Projects” Award Winners

In the Sports/Entertainment category, SunTrust Park won “Best Project”, and The Clemson University, Allen N. Reeves Football Complex took home the “Award of Merit”. SC Railing was proud to have worked on both of these award winning facilities.

SC Railing was selected to provide over 41,000 feet of interior and exterior ornamental railing to the new SunTrust Park.

For example, anodized aluminum Classic Picket railing can be found on stairs, balconies, ADA compliance sections, and throughout the fan seating areas.

Track Rail is utilized on balcony overlooks, and lining the front of patron seating areas. Custom decorative cable railing with blackened steel frame and custom bronze cable infill can be found in the Home Plate Pub.

SC Railing congratulates Populous and American Builders 2017, a joint venture between Brasfield & Gorrie, Mortenson Construction, Barton Malow and New South Construction, on this ENR Southeast Best Project award.

Monaco, Casino and aluminum picket style railing systems bring Clemson University’s concept for their state of the art facility to life.

The ornamental railing is functional, adds the desired “wow” factor throughout the complex, and also contributes to their target of earning LEED Silver certification by providing locally sourced materials.

SC Railing would like to congratulate Clemson University on this Award of Merit, and are proud to have worked with the great teams of DPR Construction, HOK Architects and Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. to create this state of the art facility.
