Al Rajhi Building Solutions-owned firm to manufacture and install curtain wall facades.

Al Saad General Contracting Company has awarded Cladtech International (CTI) a contract to supply and install facades for the ‘Sail Tower’ project in Jeddah.

“This contract win also demonstrates our commitment towards fostering strategic partnerships with companies like Al Saad General Contracting Company - wishing them continued success as we move forward in the completion of this project,” said Dr. Khalid Al Rajhi, chairman, Al Rajhi Building Solutions Group.

The project is a 60-storey tower comprising a 242-key luxury hotel, 104 serviced apartments and parking spaces for 600 cars.

“We remain confident that the facades to be constructed and installed by Cladtech International will add high aesthetic value to the Sail Tower as it stands majestically overlooking the Red Sea,” added Eng. Ahmed Al Bassam, CEO, Al Rajhi Building Solutions Group.

During the recently concluded The Big 5 2017, all eight brands under the Al Rajhi Building Solutions Group showcased a range of products, solutions and services.
