With Pujol 100 PVB+ there is no need for humidity or temperature control during storage or processing. Besides, Pujol 100 PVB+ avoids the need to invest in costly and dangerous calendering systems, reducing energy efficiency costs by up to 70% compared to traditional autoclave systems and keeping energy costs fixed regardless of production.
Pujol 100 PVB+ includes as standard the Pujol e-Connect system, which allows remote and secure monitoring, control and verification of production quality.

Window City has complemented its facilities with a Pujol HST-V, a Pujol oven that allows the Heat Soak Test, an accelerated glass aging process; this is the only method and the only approved process in the world to comply with the European Standard EN 14179-1 09/2005 and with which it can be guaranteed in more than 95% of success that there will be no spontaneous breakage due to the presence of nickel sulfide in float glass; a imperceptible impurities to the naked eye.
