Architects, contractors and home-owners based in and around London now have easy access to actual examples of Schueco’s aluminium and steel systems following the opening of Schueco UK’s first London Showroom in the Business Design Centre, Islington.

Located in the company’s Technical Services London Office, the showroom contains displays of Schueco FW 50+ façade systems, AWS windows (including those with Tip-Tronic automatic operation), ADS doors and ASS sliding/folding doors, as well as Schueco Jansen steel systems such as Jansen Arte, a highly insulated renovation window.

The facility is expected to prove particularly popular with building professionals, enabling them to judge the quality of materials, design and manufacture at first hand. Domestic customers will also be encouraged to visit the showroom to validate first impressions gained from product brochures and sales literature.

The technical services provided by the office are aimed mainly, but not exclusively, at architects. They include Uv calculations, design support such as preliminary static calculations and interface details etc, together with general information on technical matters. The permanent staff at the office also visit architectural practices and construction sites to give expert, on-the-spot advice as and when required.

The Schueco London Showroom is in The Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, Islington, London N1 0QH. Visitors are welcome to look round the Showroom during office hours (8.30-5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30-3.30pm Fridays); those who wish to make an appointment can do so by e-mailing mkinfobox@scheuco.com
