“But in other ways, it wasn’t great. The sector’s reputation was very poor, and so were a lot of the products we were using.
“In most respects, we’ve come a very long way since then. The windows and doors we install are better than ever. But it’s remarkable when you think about it – the way we install them hasn’t changed at all.
