The high calibre standards and breadth of choice found in the frameXpress portfolio has once again proved a winning combination for owners of a luxurious property in Hertfordshire.

Chartwell Green foil colour finish on white woodgrain made the perfect choice for a modern garage loft conversion.

The stylish renovation also required a glazed linked walkway to connect to the main property. Sophisticated design with guaranteed sound proofing were stipulations of the contract. The team manufactured a variety of products from the frameXpress range which included large, shaped, A rated units at one end of the building to make optimum use of the natural light.

Also windows were installed into the roof space to provide greater light and additional ventilation. The walkway was designed to complement the style of the original buildings and to provide a seamless link between the two. A specially constructed glass lantern roof was produced which incorporated high performance glass units to ensure that year round usage could be achieved.

Ian Davis, Sales Manager at frameXpress comments, “The entire project was manufactured according to the exact specification of the architect’s design and homeowners’ wishes. As an extremely high specification job which required only the best structural products, our portfolio proved to be the best choice.

Our high manufacturing standards across the range eliminate any technical concerns for installers. Ian concludes: “This particular combination worked a treat and provides a contemporary feel with a classic finish that the respective homeowner has been thrilled with since completion.” frameXpress is a leading manufacturer of windows, doors and conservatories supplying customers across the UK via its national fleet.
