Nick Cleary, Technology Director at Autoglass®, leads the company’s new digital strategy and technology investment

Autoglass® announces the appointment of Nick Cleary to the newly created role of Technology Director, joining the executive leadership team.

Nick is responsible for the company’s digital strategy and delivering their ambitious investment programme.  



Nick is no stranger to Autoglass®, having joined the company 25 years ago where he held numerous roles before heading up the Customer Contact Centre. Nick’s passion for Technology saw him move across to become Regional IT Manager for the company’s parent group, Belron®. Nick’s deep understanding of customer service, coupled with his passion for technology has meant that he’s been able to support many countries around the world in their adoption of new technology, something that he’s proud to be leading at Autoglass®. The ambitious £14 million investment programme is aimed at improving customer experience and streamlining processes. As such, Nick’s role is pivotal in the company’s transformation to become a fully mobile operation.



Nick has already helped shape improvements to the customers’ digital and service experience. His team has recently implemented a new workforce management system and are currently making improvements to the customer online booking system, making it easier to make an appointment. The team has also rolled out new android devices to its force of 1,100 Technicians, making information more easily accessible for the company’s mobile workforce.
