“Our team works closely with a broad group of industry partners, designers, builders and architects to ensure that we understand what our customers want and constantly improve and refine our product designs,” said Jim Parello, Vice President of Marketing for JELD-WEN.

“We have heard quite clearly that our customers want windows and doors that match the beautiful, timeless style trend of contemporary design combined with the long-term benefits and efficiency of our Premium vinyl products. These new windows and patio doors do an amazing job of expanding our portfolio to a whole new level while providing homeowners even more options to make their space feel truly personalized.”

JELD-WEN® single-hung and double-hung tilt windows

Available in both single-hung and double-hung applications, JELD-WEN’s new Premium™ vinyl tilt windows incorporate multiple style elements that are highly sought after for modern homes.

These windows incorporate contemporary design elements, providing more expansive panes of glass, sleek lines and clean details in the popular tilt design.

Utilizing a proprietary construction method, these windows actually incorporate two different types of sills which can provide a wind pressure and water intrusion rating higher than many similar products currently available.

What’s more, this unique sill construction also makes it possible to provide this style of window in the popular 36″ by 60″ opening, as well as significantly larger sizes, without sacrificing performance.

Standing up to Mother Nature

While these new tilt windows fill out the popular Premium™ vinyl line for JELD-WEN, they also inspire improvements across the entire collection.

JELD-WEN has announced that all Premium vinyl windows, including the new tilt products, are available with impact-rated glass for added protection in hurricane-prone regions.

This added layer of safety makes these windows an ideal option for homes in areas with a high rate of seasonal storms.

“While we are very proud of our award-winning Premium vinyl line of windows, we know we can always take things to a new level,” Parello added.

“These windows are just the latest example of how we continue to work closely with our homeowners, builders, architects and designers to create products that bring beautiful style and modern functionality together.”

You can find more information on all of these products on the JELD-WEN website.
