Ryazan region Governor Georgy Shpak and Guardian Glass Ryazan director Yanos Egud on Wednesday signed an investment agreement on the construction of a plant in the region that will produce float glass, an official from the regional government's press service told Interfax.





Investment in the project will total some 150 million euros.



"The schedule for construction has been set for 2007-2009. The plant will create about 300 new jobs," the official said.
