CoBe Capital affiliate acquires Glassolutions' Installation Business from Compagnie de Saint-Gobain

CoBe Capital, a global private investment firm, announced today that an affiliate has completed the acquisition of Glassolutions’ Installation business from Compagnie de Saint-Gobain S.A. (EPA: SGO). The business has relaunched as Facades & Glazing Solutions UK Ltd (FGS).

Headquartered in Rotherham, United Kingdom, FGS provides contracting, commercial glazing, and insurance services to offer a complete glazing solution to main contractors, leading insurers, facilities managers and property owners across the country.

FGS works with the UK’s leading building contractors, facilities management companies, property owners and occupants, as well as partnering with the UK insurance industry, to provide glass, glazing systems and complete façade solutions.

The business has 25 years of experience cultivating strategic relationships with many of the largest and most well-respected companies in the UK.
