Chile Glass 2018 event opens today

During Chile Glass 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Santiago Hotel, about 40 companies – major suppliers of machinery and technological solutions – taking part from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Finland, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and USA will welcome managers, technicians and other sector professionals from glassworks in Chile and neighbouring countries.

The spotlight will be on technologies and equipment for the production and processing of hollow glass and flat glass. Chile Glass exhibitors focus their activities on a wide range of areas of application: glass, building, beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, cosmetics.

The business-to-business meetings will open today at 10:00 o’clock. At 14:15 the conference sessions will show a full program of papers and company presentations. The conference will be inaugurated by ACHIVAL, the Chilean trade association of glass, aluminium and PVC, which also supports the event.

Tomorrow Chile Glass will continue with the exhibition area, conference and workshops.

Visiting is free of charge, and visitor registration is open directly on site at the event reception.
