A+W Webshop in the pilot phase
Currently the A+W Webshop is being piloted. Using this tool, highly complex products can be configured and ordered directly in the Web browser, while always taking into account the current customer data and any restrictions that the manufacturer may have. This speeds up and simplifies the sales process.
In this way, the manufacturer has access to a 24/7 order processing system like we are used to from the B2C world. It saves a lot of telephone enquiries, misunderstandings and enquiries about products that cannot be produced, as these are picked up by the system. Almost all the enquiry and ordering options from the ‘full’ A+W ERP system are available to the customer:

- Operation is intuitive and convenient. There is no need for any training or instruction.
