Diamon-Fusion International announced that Ace Glass Construction Corp. is breaking ground in the industry as they selected the company’s automated hydrophobic coating machine, to coat their commercial and shower door glass.
The applied Diamon-Fusion coating is a patented, easy-to-clean formula that chemically bonds to the glass, creating an ultra-smooth barrier that will protect against staining, etching, as well as provide impact and scratch resistance.
The company tactically chose the Flex-75 as it able to fully coat both sides of their IG units (max glass size: 118” x 108”) and shower doors, in a practical, cost-effective method.

The FuseCube will enable the company to consistently coat 75 lites in just about an hour’s time – helping them with capacity fulfillment. Installation of the FuseCube is set to begin immediately after GlassBuild America (Sept. 2017).
