Each section is engineered and glued which adds superior strength and resistance from warping, twisting and swelling. This distortion often occurs on windows and doors constructed using one solid timber piece.

Unlike many companies, our reliable group of sales reps work solely for Enfield Windows and do not work on an industry standard 10% commission basis.

Our ethos is to offer advice on the various products and ideas rather than a harsh selling approach. We do not, as a rule, give quotations on the day of viewing from a price matrix.

We like to tailor every quotation individually based on the client’s requests and property and then we send a written quotation via email. This clearly shows drawings and specifications of all items discussed.

Unless the client requests differently, each appointment would be approximately twenty to fifty minutes, depending on the quantity of products being discussed.

The bespoke timber windows were then put into production, with a lead time of approximately eight weeks. During this time, we arranged an installation date with the customer.
