PaneraTech has announced their plans to launch the industry’s first furnace health management platform during the first half of 2019.

The company is known for developing the industry’s first and only refractory thickness sensor under the brand name of SmartMelter®.

This next innovation in technology will create a searchable platform for integrated furnace health records. It will also lay the foundation for a new SmartMelter® service that provides limited spot inspections by certified vendors.

The new software will put searchable furnace health records at the fingertips of furnace managers and company executives.

This platform will:

  • integrate furnace health assessment from any certified audit/service/repair vendors in the industry.
  • include visual, thermal, endoscopic and SmartMelter® radar inspection reports in an interactive and innovative way.
  • facilitate communication between the furnace team and top management with a transparent risk assessment of furnaces.

“Our team never rests on prior innovations,”said Yakup Bayram, CEO of PaneraTech. He explained, “The release of this technology will enable our new SmartAudit program that will enhance traditional furnace audits with SmartMelter® spot inspections and give glass manufacturers a full transparent assessment of their furnace health. SmartAudit will be available through select certified audit firms, which will be announced soon.”

PaneraTech will be offering previews of how this platform is developing at Glasstec, Hall 15/C56.
