This fantastic installation of an Opus Ultrasky with Smart Systems Aluminium Bi-folding Doors was completed by 1st Class Window Systems in Hailsham, East Sussex.

The homeowner after extending the kitchen, was worried about reducing the amount of light the kitchen once had and wanted to make the most of the extra space he was investing in. For this reason, he chose to have an Ultrasky Lantern roof to be installed.

Sitting on a traditional Orangery deck, the Ultrasky Lantern draws maximum light into the extension and creates a stunning focal point in the kitchen/dining room. The Ultrasky Lantern’s extra strength means less bars and uninterrupted sight lines allowing for maximum daylight to flood into the room. With a white finish to the outside, Mr Holland opted for our bespoke Opus product with Ash finish to the inside to compliment the interiors of his home.

Bi-folding doors from Smart Systems were chosen to open up the dining area to the outdoors to allow the homeowner to enjoy the garden in the Summer months and also make the room feel even more spacious and airy. Adding bi-folds is a great way to open up any living space and to create an even brighter environment – particularly great when entertaining.

Mr Holland was more than happy with this install stating “I am extremely happy with this install, especially the opus cappings, as I think they look fantastic. I now have the perfect space to relax and enjoy my home & garden, particularly in the Summer months.”
