Pilkington North America has launched My Pilkington, a comprehensive online resource for order entry, inventory review, and shipment tracking. The new user-friendly system streamlines the ordering process making it faster and easier than ever before to order glass products.
This online system offers customers valuable information, available anytime and anywhere. With My Pilkington, customers have the ability to:
- Review and increase glass orders to fulfill requirements on truckload quantities.
- Quickly view, print, and download invoices and order confirmations.
- Look up product information and performance data.
- Order samples and literature with a few easy steps.
- Customize their profile page by updating profiles, shipping details and managing account access.
While the customer service options may have expanded, our exceptional service has not changed. Our friendly customer service representatives are still working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction with every order.
