John Mitchell Promoted to Technical manager at Carl F Groupco

John Mitchell, who has held the position of technical support and trainer for Carl F Groupco for nine years, has been promoted to Technical Manager for the hardware supplier.

With a track record totalling over thirty years in the fenestration industry, John is ideally placed to provide customers with technical advice and support.In his new position at Carl F Groupco, John joins the company’s management team where he has input into the strong service focussed strategy for the organisation.



As technical expert and trainer, he is closely involved with the company’s suppliers, working in partnership to ensure Carl F Groupco is fully updated regarding new product developments. John Mitchell joined Carl F Groupco in January 2006. Previous roles included the position of Product Manager including quality control, product testing and health & safety for a major PVCu and aluminium window fabricator.



Since joining the hardware supplier, he has become increasingly involved in technical committees including CAB. As part of Carl F Groupco’s progressive philosophy, he has been instrumental in supporting initiatives that respond to industry changes – these have included addressing technical hardware requirements for bi fold doors.
